Glenn is a CPA and PICA member. His more than 45 years of experience started by working for the IRS as a co-op student at Drexel University. His public accounting and tax work included national, regional, and local firms before starting his business in 1988. Glenn handles a diversified clientele. From small to large businesses, doctors, lawyers, builders, and entertainers to teenagers umpiring little league games. Glenn is an avid skier, runner, and golfer. Wife Barbara and Glenn have 4 children and live in historic Bucks County, PA.

Michael is a Pennsylvania-licensed CPA with over 10 years of experience delivering accounting and tax solutions for individuals and businesses. A Temple University graduate, he has served diverse industries and supports clients’ financial goals. He also serves on a local nonprofit board and enjoys fitness, music, cycling, and family time.

Emily is a Senior Tax Accountant at Glenn B. Cohen, CPA, with a strong background in tax and accounting. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Delaware Valley University, she specializes in analyzing business structures and applying tax law. Emily enjoys fitness, baking, travel, and spending time with her golden retriever, Lily.

Tricia is the Office Manager, bringing experience in operations, recruiting, and small business management. She is a Pennsylvania Notary Public and holds a degree in Fashion Design and an Accounting & Taxation Certificate. Tricia enjoys family time, creative projects, and exploring local restaurants and breweries in Bucks County.
Client Relationship Manager
Kathy has been with the firm since 2007 and serves as Client Relationship Manager, supporting clients and assisting with payroll and tax processes. She plays a key role in onboarding, data management, and e-filing. Kathy enjoys family time, bowling, fishing, and traveling to the Smoky Mountains and Florida coast.
